Dear members, investors, and the wider community,
‍
Reflections &Â Building the Next Generation Small Business Operating System
Just over a year ago, we resumed our journey to redefine the way Australians do business by relaunching Parpera with a clear purpose: to make business easy.
‍
Reflecting on the last 12-months, I’m proud to share the progress we’ve made, fuelled by:

Together, we’ve achieved several significant milestones:

‍
Building the next generation operating system for Australian small businesses
We’ve combined 4 years of experience from building and running Parpera with market and member insights to improve the way we make business easy and deliver you more value.
The result is what we’re calling our small business operating system, which digitally empowers Aussies with the tools they need to make it easier to do business across the journey of setting up, running a business, and staying compliant.
Below you’ll find a summary table of how we’ve evolved our solutions from our relaunch 12 months ago to our small business operating system (SMB OS) today, and why it’s better!
‍Looking Ahead
Personally, I want to reiterate my sincere thanks to our team, members, investors, and the wider community, who have continued to support us along our journey.
We started Parpera to transform the way people interact with financial services and the impact they have on the way they live their lives.
As we move forward, we remain committed to our purpose of making business easy.
The next iteration of our journey will focus on continuing to build out our capabilities to deliver a truly integrated end-to-end operating system for Australian small businesses.
This means we’ll continue to engage and listen to feedback from our members, partners, and the wider community, build out our business registration and tax integrations, enhance data operability and the way we integrate and work with the advisors and ecosystem tools and services you use to do business and innovate to deliver you more value.
We are immensely grateful for your support and trust in Parpera.Â
If you’re an ABN holder and have yet to try Parpera, we’d love for you to give us a try. It’s available to eligible Australian Sole Traders and Small Business Owners on the Apple App and Google Play Stores. It’s free to sign up and takes less than 10 minutes to get started.
Together, we are building a better future for Australian business owners, empowering you to focus more on what you love, and delivering on our purpose to make business easy.
Thank you for being a part of our journey. Never give up.
‍
Sincerely,
Daniel Cannizzaro
